Laura Bramnick
Laura Bramnick is one of the few Arizona attorneys with experience on both sides of the mortgage transaction. She has made the logical transition from representing clients in real estate and mortgages to representing them in short sale negotiations. Her legal career began in New Jersey, where she was in solo practice until 1989, when she moved to Arizona. She gave up her law career for several years to raise triplets. During this time she developed expertise in IRA real estate, became a founding member of the Arizona Jewish Chamber of Commerce, obtained her Arizona real estate license and originated mortgage loans.
She currently practices in the areas of loan modifications, short sales and foreclosures. She is certified to teach real estate agents for their required continuing education on these topics.
